Frequently asked questions
How do lives work?
You have up to 3 lives. Starting or restarting a level costs 1 life, and 1 life refills every 60 minutes — the timer keeps running even when the app is closed. You can also refill by watching a rewarded ad or spending coins.
I watched an ad but didn't get my reward.
Rewards are granted only when an ad finishes. If the ad was closed early or failed to load, no reward is given. Check your connection and try again — if it keeps happening, email us with your device model and OS version.
How do I earn and spend coins?
You earn coins for finishing a level (more stars, more coins). Spend them on the Hint and X-Ray power-ups, or on a lives refill, from the shop and the in-game power-up bar.
How do I reset my progress?
Open Settings and use “Reset progress”. This clears unlocked levels, stars, and coins on your device and cannot be undone.
Is my progress synced across devices?
No. MemoryBro stores everything locally on your device. There is no account and no cloud save, so progress does not transfer between devices and is lost if you uninstall the game.
Does MemoryBro work offline?
Yes. You can play every level offline. An internet connection is only needed to load a rewarded ad.
