These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you download or use MemoryBro (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law
• modify, tamper with, or circumvent gameplay, progression, the lives system, or advertising
• use the Game in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with other users or third-party services

Virtual Items and Advertising

The Game includes virtual items such as coins, lives, and power-ups. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are not your property. We may adjust, balance, or remove virtual items at any time.

The Game shows rewarded advertisements that you choose to watch. Rewards are granted only when an ad is completed. If an ad fails to load or is closed early, no reward is given. In-app purchase interfaces may be visible before purchases are enabled; any future purchases will be handled by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

Your Data

Game progress is stored on your device. We do not back up or sync this data, and it may be lost if you uninstall the Game or reset your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
